NOT FOR HUMAN USE - these products are not FDA approved for human use. Their use is limited to preclinical and research purposes only.
Our prices are valid for 90 days following quote date, unless otherwise stated.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Shipping charges are based on size and destination of order.
Please inspect product packages for damage upon their arrival. Report any damaged items to us within 7 days upon the receipt of the package. E-mail Sales@ModularBionics.com to request a replacement for a damaged product.
We cannot accept returns of products that are contaminated with or contain infectious, radioactive, biological, chemical, and/or other hazardous substances that might pose a risk to our employees.
If returning a damaged product, please use a carrier such as UPS or FedEx, that offers tracking, delivery notification and insurance. Remember to insure the package for the full value of the merchandise. Until the package is signed and received by Modular Bionics, the merchandise remains your property and your responsibility.
We do not accept COD shipments.
All sales are final. No exceptions.
Modular Bionics is not responsible for any customs fees for international orders. Tax or customs-free ID numbers can be submitted at purchase with instructions.
Our Terms are FOB, Berkeley, CA, USA. Modular Bionics is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes for international orders. No credit or refunds will be issued for freight charges.
All customized electrodes outside of the N-Form platform are not refundable and cannot be exchanged due to the customizations involved.
